Will the iPhone4gs / iPhone 5 have LTE?

There have been a of speculation that Apple has been placing 4g network repeaters in their Apple stores, and this can only fuel the speculation that the newest iPhone that is set to release in October or November 8will actually have the LTE capabilities that everyone is looking for. I hope that Apple has figured out how to properly utilize battery power unlike most of the other 4g phones. I love the Android platform, but living on the power plug is something that I hate doing. Always wondering if you will get through a time period where you are not able to charge your phone and know that it WILL go dead and there is nothing you can do really sucks. Everything that Apple releases is done properly, and there should be no chance that Steve Job’s will allow anything to go out half assed like some of the other companies.

Apple CEO Tim Cook has said that the “first generation of LTE chipsets force a lot of design compromises.” Cook was speaking during Apple’s earnings conference call on April 20th. A higher level of integration, resulting in more compact chip designs, is necessary. Could the LTE chipset evolved far enough in 4 months for Apple to put their trust in them and utilize them on their new magical handsets? Or will they just wait until the chipset is matured enough to get what they really want out of them? And who gets the true 4G iPhone AT&T or Verizon?
