HP Kills HP TouchPad and the Rest of PalmOS

Hp announced today that they are killing the Touchpad and the PalmOS platform, and currently have no future plans to release anything mobile related. This means the HP Touch Pad which debuted 49 days ago is now dead, and anything with PalmOS is now no longer being created. So the new HP Veer on AT&T will be removed soon from AT&T. What is weird about the HP Touchpad is that it beat the Microsoft Kin by 1 day. HP said that they are not fully done with the WebOS platform and are not walking away from it. This can open up some room for improvement if Google or Microsoft become partners in the WebOS platform as those patents are worth while and would benefit each of them.
