Fring is a service that was created for mobile phones, it was made popular when the HTC EVO first came out, it allowed users to use their front facing camera’s to video conference with other Fring users. The Fring application is available for every smartphone that has a market place. As of yesterday Fring has added outgoing calls, and they have called it Fringout, which seems a lot like Skypeout. The costs for the Fringout calls to the continental US will be $0.01

As of right now the Fringout feature has been rolled out for the Nokia platform and will be going to Android and iOS coming very soon. If you would like more information on Fring you can go to www.fring.com
