Android 2.X is now on 70% of active Android Devices, and Android Devices are set to outpace Apple and take on Nokia on their market share of mobile devices. This is mainly possible due to the fact that Android is popping up on all of the new cool devices and is prooving to be the better contender for user operation. No one wants a feature phone anymore, they want a phone that can be smart and help assist in their daily lives. Nokia has the main market share because of their feature phones that they have in Europe, Nokia’s smartphone Symbian is not a contender for Apple or Google.
