Do not use Galaxy-Webhost.com
I had prepaid for 6 months of hosting with Galaxy-Webhost. On the 3rd month my email stopped working with no notice, nothing. I created a support ticket (Ticket number #128666) stating that my email service has stopped working. I never once got a response for my ticket for 72 hours. So I found another host, moved back to my previous host.
I submitted a ticket (ticket #232900) to the billing department asking for a prorated refund for the unused time that I had not used. I was fed the line about after 30 days of service that there are no refunds. This is unprofessional because they offered a service to me and promised me that it would be up when I needed it. My email is a major form of communication for me, so I need it and rely on it like most people these days. I get a response from one of the billing people “Dougles” telling me that I had not created a support desk ticket for the email not working and that I was wrong, and denied my refund again. I answered back to him and let him know that I did submit a ticket and gave him the ticket number and at that point he said that he would offer me a prorated refund.

We do apologies for the late reply i will go ahead and issue you a refund. Please note this may take upto 10 days as we are sending a direct payment to you’re paypal account.

and I have yet to get payment to my paypal, and they are not answering my tickets any more.
